Obama: We Cannot Cut Back Spending On Job Creation

"I want everybody to pay attention. Even as we find ways to cut spending we cannot cut back on job creating investments like education. We cannot cut back on the very investments that will help our economy grow and our nation compete and make sure these young people succeed," President Obama told an audience at a technology school in Boston today.

"There is nothing responsible about that, there is nothing responsible about cutting back our investment in these young people!" Obama added.
Can you please explain why it is that public schools continue to fail, when we spend more per student then private schools? The answer isn't more money. The answer is providing competition and schools that have been run by the government are absolute failures.

These teachers should be ashamed but, they have no shame, they want MORE money and MORE benefits, for LESS work and LESS performance. Yet, the left in this country wants to continue to reward failures and punish people who are successful. So, what's the point of being successful when you can just be a loser and be touted in the media as a hero?
