Luka Rocco Magnotta, who is actually Eric Clinton Newman, has become the latest topic in the world of gruesome. He is accused of killing his lover, a 33 year old student named Lin Jun. In addition to murdering him, it is believed that he posted the horrific ordeal on the internet. The video is dimly lit and shows the stabbing of Jun with an ice pic, dismemberment of his body, necrophilia, and cannibalism.

I'm sure you've heard this man's name by now. Magnotta posted a video of himself online "allegedly" killing someone.

Zimmerman Bond Hearing Set For June 29th

Zimmerman now has a bond hearing scheduled for June 29th. I'm not sure what is going on. Usually attorney's are working fast in order to free their clients.

If I had to guess, based on what O'Mara has said, Zimmerman has admitted he was at fault for not revealing full details of his finances so, perhaps he knows Zimmerman will be punished, but by holding the bail hearing at a later date, he can ask for time served? I'm obviously not an attorney so, it's all amateur speculation on my part. Or it could be that in order to get Zimmerman back into hiding, they need some time to make arrangements? Or this might be the safest place for Zimmerman right now because of threats? Or, O'Mara is simply delaying the process in order to assure himself that he is on the right page with Zimmerman? Who knows but one thing is for sure, until we do know, people will be speculating.

Zimmerman's Bail Revoked -- Not So Fast!

Zimmerman is now back in jail after he surrendered himself to authorities for allegedly withholding information at his bail hearing concerning the amount of monies he has access to. This latest tactic with the prosecution is clearly a desperate move to keep Zimmerman from being able to pay his attorney fees. There is no reason for the court to inquire about donations, as they are made for Zimmerman and when those donations have been made through Paypal, it's not like he has instant access to them anyway. Also, the money is for his defense, not bail.
