I never really understood these flu vaccines. I have never got one and do NOT intend on ever getting one.

I always follow the rule of, "don't put anything in your body that you don't really need."

Alright...maybe, not always. I do eat pizza and you could argue that I don't NEED pizza but, you get the point!
