Michael Moore Tells Us We're Just Violent

Michael Moore tries to reason why we don't need guns.




My favorite part is where he says that many of the people that have guns, live in areas where there's not much crime. Yeah, Michael, that's how it works BONE HEAD. People typically don't rob places where they know the owner of the home has a gun. The idea of robbing is to get away ALIVE with the loot.

Then he carries on about other BS statistics. I don't know where he's getting these numbers from.


Hey Michael, what do you have to say about this?

* Guns used 2.5 million times a year in self-defense. Law-abiding citizens use guns to defend themselves against criminals as many as 2.5 million times every year -- or about 6,850 times a day.1 This means that each year, firearms are used more than 80 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than to take lives.2

* Of the 2.5 million times citizens use their guns to defend themselves every year, the overwhelming majority merely brandish their gun or fire a warning shot to scare off their attackers. Less than 8% of the time, a citizen will kill or wound his/her attacker.3

* As many as 200,000 women use a gun every year to defend themselves against sexual abuse.4

I'm sure he'd say it's a biased source but, unlike sources on the left, if you go to that page, they have all of their raw sources listed. 


What would an interview be without Michael Moore and Rachel Maddow bringing up the issues of class and race? I swear this guy is so obsessed with letting everyone know that he's white and has money. Why is he so insecure that he constantly has to project himself onto others? Does he think that we don't see right through his fake routine?

Of course poor people typically rob in this fashion. Rich people extort money you twit.

This just proves how liberals purposely dumb themselves down in order to prevent themselves from pointing out the obvious. Yes, there are people that have had their own guns turned on them but, the majority of cases proves that this is not the case. People have a right to protect themselves. I don't care if only ONE person a year protects themselves, that's plenty of lives for me to justify citizens having a gun.

I wonder if Moore has any body guards? Do they just walk around with no guns? Something tells me that Moore probably has a gun himself that he uses for protection. All the people that usually cry and whine about guns are also the same people that have guns for protection. It's okay for them because, they know better but, it's not okay for others.
