Sexual Harassment and Cain

It never fails, when there is a successful black man, who is conservative, women come out of nowhere to claim sexual harassment. The liberals did this same thing to Clarence Thomas and now they are going after Herman Cain.

First, let us look at what Cain's camp is saying:
Mark Block, Cain Chief of Staff: "Absolutely and quite frankly, this is one of the actions in America that is the reason people don't get involved in politics, right. The actions of the Perry campaign are despicable. Rick Perry and his campaign owe Herman Cain and his family an apology. Both the Rick Perry campaign and Politico did the wrong thing by reporting something that wasn't true, to anonymous sources in, like I said, they owe Herman Cain and his family an apology."

Perry says that his campaign leaked nothing and that this is a flat out lie.
Rick Perry's presidential campaign says it is "absolutely not" responsible for leaking the fact that Herman Cain was accused of sexual misconduct while head of the National Restaurant Association to Politico, which broke the explosive story Sunday night.
"That is false, patently untrue, no one at this campaign was involved in this story," said Perry communications director Ray Sullivan.
Now, a third woman has come forward. In her case, she wants to remain anonymous. Gee, I didn't see that one coming.
A third former employee considered filing a workplace complaint against Herman Cain over what she considered aggressive and unwanted behavior when she and Cain, now a Republican presidential candidate, worked together during the late 1990s, the woman told The Associated Press on Wednesday. She said the behavior including a private invitation to his corporate apartment.
The woman said he made sexually suggestive remarks or gestures about the same time that two co-workers had settled separate harassment complaints against Cain, who was then the head of the National Restaurant Association.

Well, I guess she should have filed. Why is she coming out now and not giving her name?

Now, one of the attorneys that represents one of the first two woman to have come forward is saying that Cain broke the confidentiality agreement.
The lawyer for one of the women who accused Herman Cain of sexual harassment said his client might get a chance to speak publicly about the allegations because the GOP presidential candidate violated the confidentiality agreement between the two.
I'm not sure what's going on here. This is an entire story of anonymous sources, he said/she said crap. Why are they magically coming forward now?

One woman says this occurred 12 years ago? 12 years ago!?
One of the women whom Herman Cain allegedly sexually harassed believes that the GOP front-runner is not telling the truth about what happened between them 12 years ago, according to the woman’s attorney.
Speaking on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360″ Tuesday night, attorney Joel P. Bennet said that his client is still mulling a decision on how to handle the resurfacing of the harassment allegations but will be bringing him the signed confidentiality agreement between her and the National Restaurant Association, where she and Cain worked at the time.

I guess we will have to wait and see what the outcome of this is going to be. I'm not sure I am buying any of these stories. This looks like more racist tactics we see from the Democrats. If Cain were white and democrat (i.g. Clinton), he would be considered a hero in the media.

If the agreement is for both parties to keep their mouths shut, than how is it these woman are not in trouble for coming forward with their story? To me, it looks like the women broke their agreement, not Cain.
