A Better Way to Report Climate Change

You can click the title of this post for the full story.

Basically, the science that has been reported about global warming is wrong. We all pretty much know this. The article goes on to insist that only 4 errors were made.

No errors have surfaced in the first and most well-known of the reports, which said the physics of a warming atmosphere and rising seas is man-made and incontrovertible. So far, four mistakes have been discovered in the second report, which attempts to translate what global warming might mean to daily lives around the world.

Many IPCC scientists say it's impressive that so far only four errors have been found in 986 pages of the second report, with the overwhelming majority of the findings correct and well-supported.

How about the fact that we don't seem to be "warming" any? I guess that's just one error, right?

I don't know much about the climate but, I know plenty about science and these reports have simply been completely inconclusive. According to these same scientists, humans have been on earth for billions of years but, we only have a few hundred years of actual recorded temperatures. So, if you put that on a time line, we have a literal "dot" of knowledge on a time line. How can you accurately interpolate anything from that?

Yes, you can try to make some predictions and for the most part, we do a fairly good job of reporting weather within a few days or weeks but, beyond that, it needs to be emphasized that it's only speculation, not reported as some scary fact.

I am all for recycling, cleaner energy, doing things more efficiently, you name it. I just don't want to be at the cost of common sense.
