Well, rule number one about living in Baltimore, you must know that the city is just full of corruption. Rule number two, if you're white, don't use the light rail, you could get jumped by a gang of blacks who hate you for your race but, it's never called a hate crime unless you are black and hurt by a white.
Oh, and then there's ACORN. I don't know the names of these two but, a man and a women went into ACORN posing as a prostitute and a "manager" to get some tax advise, help on setting up a brothel, and trafficking underage illegals into the United States.
