Zimmerman Case - The Saga Continues

Here are the videos where you can hear Dee Dee, the alleged girlfriend of Trayvon Martin, give her account of what happened moments before his death.

One thing that stands out to me is the issue with the hoodie.

As you can see in the video above, Trayvon has his hoodie on and over his head. There is no reason to believe that this changed since we know that Zimmerman clearly states in his phone call, that was made over a half hour later, indicating that Trayvon had his hooodie on. It was also raining at the time.

If we are to believe DeeDee, at some point he took off the hoodie, in the rain of course, and then decided to actually tell her that he was "putting up my hoodie." Does this even sound like something plausible that Trayvon would bother relaying to DeeDee? Pardon me, but I'm having a very difficult time believing that Trayvon or anyone for that matter would make mention of pulling up their hoodie. In fact, most conversations over the phone do not include discussions of what someone is wearing, unless of course, not that I would personally know or anything but, I'm told this topic might come up in certain "personal and extra private" conversations but the likelihood of this type of conversation occurring while you are walking home in the rain with a man following you is zero.

This whole hoodie crap is totally manufactured and I believe that line was coached and planted in such a way to develop a rapport with the average citizen. Hoodies are very common in American culture, just like jeans, or ballcaps. Having something like a hoodie that the average person can identify with is a perfect way to sell your story. It works two-fold in this case. One you can immediately dismiss anyone that criticizes the wearing of a hoodie since so many people wear them and those people are not criminals. A hoodie is a perfect piece of clothing to sell. Again, they are popular and hoodies sold with the phrases that Trayvon's parents trademarked can make a bundle in profits. It's all about the marketing.

Also, please note Trayvon's size; he certainly doesn't seem to be small in anyway. When I look at the clerk in this video, it seems to me that Zimmerman might be of similar size and IF that's the case, that gives us a good idea of what the differences between these two men actually were. This is of course, pure speculation on my part so please only take it with a grain of salt.

Now, back to the interview:

She could hear the grass? Is this girl on some sort of cocktail of drugs? Hear the grass? How can she possibly speculate on anything that occurred over the phone? This is all conjecture on her part and means nothing. How can the state rest their case on her opinion of what happened? She does not provide any information that conclusively proves who started the altercation.

She seems to suggest that Zimmerman was the one who chased down Trayvon. How can this be when we know that Zimmerman lost Trayvon and when he was running he ran out of breath very fast? The idea that Zimmerman chased down Trayvon is absurd and illogical. Not to mention the fact that if we look at where the shooting took place, we can see that Tryavon would have had to walk back to where he was originally. How could Zimmerman chase down Trayvon, drag him to the location of the shooting, yet find himself the victim of a flurry of Trayvon's punches?

Now, let's talk about drugs. THC was found in his system and the media is in full force to protect their drug. Stories everywhere are telling people it doesn't matter and, "who cares?" The current dialogue in this country about marijuana is that the drug is completely harmless and would never do anything to anyone. This of course, is absolutely untrue and anyone who has studied the brain and how it reacts to stimuli knows that anything we consume creates changes inside of the brain and effects levels of chemicals. I wouldn't suggest that marijuana is the worst drug but the simple fact that we have so many people who believe it to be absolutely harmless is what makes it harmful. It's time we stop kidding ourselves about marijuana and realize that there are dangers.

I don't have to sit here and cite a bunch of sources but anyone who has watched crime shows like Cops or other reality shows on TV, read crime stories, watch the news, or just pay attention to society in general knows that almost anytime someone is doing something stupid, there seems to be marijuana involved. Alcohol and other drugs are common to see associated with crime and stupidity but for some reason marijuana seems to get a pass, while other substances are condemned and still abused. Excessive abuse of marijuana creates an angry person. I have seen this happen around me. I don't need the media telling me otherwise or making excuses for people. Anyone who thinks abusing any drug is good for them is only fooling themselves. It's similar to speaking with people back in the day who insisted tobacco was good for them. One day they will be exposed but, I fear it won't be soon enough.

They were significant THC-COOH is the cumulative effect of smoking too much dope.
11-nor-9-Carboxy-THC, also known as 11-nor-9-carboxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, 11-COOH-THC, THC-COOH, and THC-11-oic acid, is the main secondary metabolite of THC which is formed in the body after Cannabis is consumed.
11-COOH-THC is formed in the body by oxidation of the active metabolite 11-Hydroxy-THC by liver enzymes. It is then metabolized further by conjugation with glucuronide,[2] forming a water-soluble congener which can be more easily excreted by the body.[3]
11-COOH-THC is not psychoactive itself, but has a long half-life in the body of up to several days (or even weeks in very heavy users),[4][5][6] making it the main metabolite tested for when blood or urine testing for cannabis use. More sensitive tests are able to distinguish between 11-OH-THC and 11-COOH-THC, which can help determine how recently cannabis was consumed;[7][8] if only 11-COOH-THC is present then the cannabis was used some time ago and any impairment in cognitive ability or motor function will have dissipated, whereas if both 11-OH-THC and 11-COOH-THC are present then the cannabis was consumed more recently and motor impairment may still be present.
It’s what drug tests seek to detect and is high levels in those who partake frequently.
So now we know that Martin didn’t just go and get ice tea and Skittles, but he went out to puff a joint, likely laced up and his paranoia caused him to jump Zimmerman. He jumped him, beat on him and Zimmerman shot him in self defense. There is little wonder why charges weren’t brought initially. No prosecutor worth their salt would touch this case. Corey did because she’s a political hack.

Looking at how marijuana is tested in urine and blood, we can see that levels are high when using and taper off almost immediately. So, I'm not sure how anyone in the media can say with confidence that they know he didn't smoke marijuana that evening or the day before but many are. In addition, The Conservative Tree, who has been 10 steps ahead with investigating this case has discovered evidence that suggests Trayvon was abusing a drink that is made from promethazine, candy like Skittles or Jolly Ranchers, and tea or the Watermelon tea that Trayvon also purchased that night. This combination is referred to a "purple lean" and is popular among the youth in the South. When abused frequently and over time, this drug cocktail (which can also be made with Robitussin), can create a violent individual who can easily go into rages that are uncontrollable.

If you would like to read these amazing updates, please click here and here. I think you will find these updates to be as explosive as I have.

Of course after reading those updates it becomes much clearer as to why Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman and attacking him in such a forceful manner. This better explains the screams and Zimmerman's inability to defend himself against Trayvon, other than finally being able to reach for his gun.

Now, let's take a look at some more information concerning Trayvon's activity before he was shot. Let me first say that while I believe Trayvon's character and actions leading up to this case are relevant, I am finding it difficult to believe any of his past or Zimmerman's past will be brought into evidence. When all things are considered of just this night alone, I believe there is clear evidence that supports Zimmerman's version of events and this case will ultimately be thrown out.

Here is an interesting video that offers some insight into Trayvon during his visit to the 7 Eleven that evening. Pay close attention to the times.

So it does appear that Trayvon had hung around outside for an additional 5 minutes. Why?

The 3 guys that came in after him appear to have purchased blunts, and this may have been passed off to Trayvon.

Again, I have to refer to The Conservative Tree House where they make mention of these videos. Please visit them as well.

They have also provided a speculative narrative that seems to fit the known facts compared with information that has been given by Zimmerman and the girlfriend.

Speculation:

It took Trayvon 40 minutes to walk the distance between the 7-11 and the Clubhouse because he paused to roll the blunts, and maybe smoke one.
Black urban street kids familiar with the kind of lifestyle Trayvon led DO NOT run from “white-Hispanic” dude strangers sitting in pick-up trucks; they run from one thing, THE LAW.

Trayvon thought GZ was security, a cop, or was about to bring the law into the picture; and that’s why he walked over and checked out the car. He recognized Zimmerman was on the phone reporting “him”.

After circling the SUV, and considering that “authorities” were en route, Trayvon took off running to ditch any contraband either at home, or nearby.

He probably made it home because he told DeeDee on the phone he was “at his dads house”.
After he ditched the contraband, he told DeeDee “he was not running” no more and went to confront the guy he saw getting out of his truck.

Trayvon prepared by putting his loose items in his pockets readying himself for a confrontation if needed, (ear buds, button from hoodie, etc). [question? was the button vulgar?]
Trayvon was considerate of the potential for Police to already be there, he also knew Dad and Girlfriend were not home. This could be potentially worrisome if police questioned him.
Removing the button, ditching the contraband, etc allowed him to present himself visually as no issue.
Keeping the Arizona Watermelon and Skittles on him provided him something to point too as reference if questioned about whereabouts by the police.
If busted for being “under the influence”, or he couldn’t shake off the cops Q&A successfully, better to be away from the house. Dad/Brandy ain’t there, Trayvon was already in trouble for drugs at school, and this could potentially be trouble.
If he couldn’t talk his way out of anything, better to be away from home base.

Trayvon headed back up the pathway toward the “T” where the sidewalks meet, near witness “John’s” townhouse.
If the cops were there he could play it off as an overzealous white dude calling the police on him for no good reason. Mix in some faux-racist outrage and turn the conversation onto Zimmerman Profiling him for calling the cops.
But the cops were not there. Yet.
When he saw Zimmerman he began the conversation by saying “hey man, what the f**k’s your problem, what the f**k you looking at”?
Zimmerman responded tennatively, somewhat fearful, somewhat like an “uh-oh” reaction, blew off the initial confrontation from Trayvon, and reached for his phone again to call the police.
Frustrated and feeling profiled for no-good-reason, (mindset “what you wanna call the cops on me for”?… this busy body Zimmerman is bringing grief for nothing. He should mind his own damn businesss.) In his mind, and in actuality, Trayvon was no threat to anyone. This dude calling the cops on him just pissed him off. Part anger mixed with a high dose of frustration.

It went downhill from there.

Whatever happened it seems quite apparent to me that Trayvon had no interest in going home after he spotted Zimmerman watching him. This suggests to me that he figured out Zimmerman was calling the police. It would seem fairly obvious to anyone, especially if they were doing something like trying to get into the clubhouse, that if someone you don't know is looking right at you and then gets on the phone, and continues staring you down, they would be calling the authorities.

It doesn't appear as though Zimmerman was trying to hide the fact that he called authorities. In fact, he may have wanted Trayvon to know he was onto him. He even says something like, "he's just looking at me right now." Right after that, Trayvon runs and is said to be running towards the back entrance. Something happened during that eye contact that told Trayvon he was in trouble. Not wanting to go home seems reasonable to me because he could have figured that Zimmerman would follow and find out where he was staying and give further information to the authorities. The idea that he ran, ditched something like weed or Robitussin and decided to come back to knock out Zimmerman so that he could go home makes sense to me, especially considering his age, drug use, and activity. Trayvon was most certainly up to no good that night and that's exactly why Zimmerman spotted him in the first place.

I want to address some really absurd  information that many Trayvon supporters have been suggesting over the past month or so. I have read in various place over the internet from Facebook to message boards the most outrageous and illogical conclusions that someone could come up with concerning this case.

First, there is the story that "John" who was one of the very first witnesses that immediately stated he saw the man in red, Zimmerman, being hit by the guy that was eventually on the ground from being shot, is a friend of George and was simply covering up. In order for this to be plausible, one would have to come to the conclusion that this was premeditated murder. I have some wonderful friends in this world but if they just all of a sudden came upon me murdering someone else, I can't think of one that would immediately "cover up" for me. There would have to be some kind of previous discussion as to who was going to say what and the location would have to be planned as well in order for the friend to witness the scene. In addition, if this John is his friend who is covering for him, why not just say he saw Trayvon attack Zimmerman first? If his only purpose is to protect his friend, it would seem rather obvious that he would insist Trayvon started everything. Again, this story is silly and there is no way to guarantee that other people wouldn't be around to witness the shooting. Anyone could have been a witness. This was a gated community with a courtyard and people walking around. There is no way Zimmerman could have gauged who would see what and when.

Zimmerman continued to chase Trayvon. This is continually repeated as if there is some proof attached to it but, if you look at the map, it's clear that Trayvon was the one who back traced his steps.  Zimmerman gets out of vehicle because he is keeping an eye on Trayvon. He knows the police are coming; he wants to be able to give them a location and the dispatcher told him to tell him if he was doing anything else -- to keep an eye on him. When the dispatcher realized that Zimmerman was running, he indicated that he did not need to do that. It makes sense that no one would encourage a civilian to approach someone and confront them. Zimmerman doesn't argue with the dispatcher. In fact, he just says, "okay" with no protest. His breathing also slows down and he says that Trayvon took off. You cannot continue to chase someone if you don't know where they went. Not only that but during that minute, Trayvon could have made it home with no problem. Why didn't he just go back to where he was staying?

Remember when people were saying Zimmerman had NO injuries? Well, now that we know that story is untrue, team Skittles has decided to insist Zimmerman's injuries are not enough to warrant him defending himself. Another favorite I hear is that the location of his injuries are too far high on his head so they must be self-inflicted. Dear heavens, I cannot express the ignorance of these statements concerning injuries. Not only do these same people refuse to take into consideration anything that has been lifted from Trayvon's social media because they all insist it's been altered by some racist, even though we all know that the information is in a cache that anyone can access, they now are all medical forensic analysts. Unbelievable.

First of all, in order for the man to have self-inflicted his wounds, he would have to be out of his mind. Breaking his nose and banging his head to produce cuts and NO ONE sees this, even though witnesses claim to have seen Zimmerman immediately after the shooting is simply not logical in any way. Next, the pictures that have been released so far show his injuries mere hours after the altercation. Full injuries only become visible after 48 to 72 hours. Anyone who has seen fresh injuries before can tell you that Zimmerman was badly beaten up and I can only imagine how horrifying he looked right after that. I hope there are more pictures but, we will have to wait and see. Finally, these people seem to have never heard of one-punch homicides. People can be killed with a single punch! Any threat that is made by someone is dangerous and can put your life in danger. Some people seem to suggest that Zimmerman should have just sat there and taken a beating until he really was in danger. What point would this be? The point where he passes out and is unable to defend himself? I'm not even sure what these people mean by him not having life threatening injuries. What qualifies them to make this determination? How can anyone get inside of someone's mind and say with certainty they were not in fear of their own life? Absolute hogwash! These types of ignorant statements are so telling of a person who is not interested in truth but rather desperately hanging onto a narrative that is falling apart before their very eyes.

The fact is, Zimmerman's life was in harms way if he says it was. He's the one with the injuries. He is the one who has the witness saying he was on the ground. There were no holes found in his story and that's why he was not arrested until pressure was applied by the race-baiting mob mentality. He even passed a voice stress test after being grilled like a cheeseburger by the police. The voice test by itself proves nothing but all of these pieces put together do provide evidence and it doesn't favor precious Trayvon.

My problem with team Skittles is that they do what many illogical people do, similar to those conspiracy crazy folks, when they are proven wrong about something, they simply change the requirements to prove them wrong. They do not accept any information that is contrary to what they already believe. They will rationalize anything they need to in order to fit their feelings about the situation and there is no convincing them otherwise. They set the game up in such a way that you will never be able to win.

A logical person looks at this case initially and they might think that some injustice was done. As more evidence presents itself, we know that Trayvon was not a child, Zimmerman didn't weigh over 200 pounds, the location of the altercation was not possible unless Trayvon went back, Trayvon may indeed have been looking suspicious, Zimmerman was the one who called the police, no witnesses have said exactly who started the altercation but we know that the Zimmerman was placed underneath Trayvon and was being beat up, further solidifying why he was the only one who obtained injuries. Zimmerman did have injuries while Trayvon had a cut on his left hand which establishes the fact that he was indeed throwing punches. At this point, anyone who is still buying the original story presented by the media, that Trayvon was gunned down for no reason is simply someone who has not been paying attention and more interested in finding a man guilty out of hate, not facts.

There should be shame in supporting a government that would arrest someone under mob pressure rather than the evidence that is supposed to be required. This case is a travesty in the history of American justice. What has happened to us that we now view self-defense as a crime? One thing is for sure, many people are quite ignorant and would be singing a completely different tune if this were them being arrested on no evidence or they had a family member or another loved one who was sitting in the position that George Zimmerman is now in.
