Rula Jebreal and Bill Maher

Bill Maher once again points out the intolerance of the religion of peace.

Rula Jebreal tries her best to go after Maher - accusing him of not being serious, that Bill is a bigot, suggesting that he does not discuss facts, telling Maher he doesn't allow people to come on his show, and she even accuses Maher of not knowing what he's talking about concerning the different groups/sects of Islam.

My favorite part comes near the end where Maher straight up asks Rula if someone could walk into a Gaza and say he was a Christian. Her reply, "Well, maybe not in Gaza..." was met with laughter. The woman does not seem to grasp the fact that she is defending the indefensible.

Sen. Angus King chimed in as well, “If free speech is only speech you like, it’s not free speech."

This woman also seems to think that someone can be gay in Gaza.
Gay Palestinians frequently seek refuge in Israel fearing for their lives, especially fearing death from members of their own families.
Now to be fair it does seem as though there is no law for or against homosexuality yet, there does appear to be great discrimination against gays, more so towards men compared to lesbian women.

Liberals seems to really be split on this topic these days and it seems rather odd to me. The left in this country has generally been quite supportive of Israel and against the intolerant religion of Islam. These days, there seems to be some confusion.

Here is another recent debate with Cornel West, Mary Matalin and John Avlon. (You will have to click the link since the embedding has been disabled).
