Scott Baio Talks Reality

In a recent interview with Fox Business, Scott expresses a few thoughts on Obama. These thoughts are certainly nothing shocking for those of us on the right. Is Obama a Muslim or a Muslim sympathizer?



"The Constitution is not a suicide pact. We are a sovereign nation. We need to protect our people and this president, Hilary Clinton, don't want to do it. Donald Trump wants to do it."

What he states is absolutely true. The democrat party, for whatever reason, appear to be detached from reality. They want to blame everyone and everything else on the terror attacks that have been going on and will continue to go on.

Rula Jebreal and Bill Maher

Bill Maher once again points out the intolerance of the religion of peace.

Rula Jebreal tries her best to go after Maher - accusing him of not being serious, that Bill is a bigot, suggesting that he does not discuss facts, telling Maher he doesn't allow people to come on his show, and she even accuses Maher of not knowing what he's talking about concerning the different groups/sects of Islam.

It seems as if the last few times I've heard Bill Maher he has brought some truth to the table. Maybe Bill hasn't strayed as far as I once thought. I used to LOVE Politically Incorrect back in my college days but, for some reason he seemed to have strayed over the years, heading over to la-la-liberal-land.

I digress.

This time, Bill Maher is speaking with Charlie Rose and brings up issues about Islam that need to be heard. The issues with homosexuals being beheaded and  women not being treated equal and forced to wear burkas are those that should be a concern for all of us. This is not a benign religion where people have choices.

Sure perhaps Christians are a bunch of hypocrites. I understand but, we do not treat women as second class systematically nor does Christianity advocate women to be tortured or covered up. While I may see Christians leery of supporting homosexual marriage, or supporting the idea that being gay is innate (not learned), I have yet to see one stone a gay man or lesbian to death because of the person's sexuality. If treating women in a respectful manner is important and treating homosexuals with dignity is important, how can the left in this country possibly make any excuses for Islam? How much more of these atrocities must we see before we call a spade a spade?

9/11

Yesterday was my birthday. In 2001, the day was forever tainted. It's hard for me to recall everything that I was feeling at the time the towers were hit. I was merely in shock, in denial, almost in a haze. It felt like I was watching a movie. I didn't want to accept what was happening and when I finally did, I couldn't stop crying. Just the vision of people running and actually jumping from those buildings to avoid being burned alive made me paralyzed with fear and sadness. Those images are forever engraved inside my head.

One White Terrorist Proves That There is No Islamic Terrorism

Since the attack in Norway occurred, the left has been hammering away about how Anders Behring Breivik is a right-wing extremist and a Christian fundamentalist. Of course, even he has said in his manifesto that he is not religious but, this does not stop the media from saying that Islam and terror are not connected. It is their estimation that anyone has an equal chance of becoming a terrorist that attacks innocent people. In fact, many liberals I know have gone so far as to say that there is no Islamic threat; it is all just something cooked up by the media and the right to scare people. I even found someone say that there is no al Qaeda and the only threat is inflicted by the US military bombing the Islamic world.

Of course, we are all entitled to our opinion but when an opinion is based upon lies and complete ignorance of the outside world, or a blatant denial of terror attacks that come from Islam, what then? Are these just different opinions? Opinions from people who live in an imaginary world? Or are these people just deliberately lying to push their agenda? I'm not exactly sure. I want to believe that most people mean well but, they are just selective in the information that they read or absorb.

Unless you are asleep at the wheel, there is no denying the increasingly violent Islamic culture. It is not just the US they are violent towards, it's every country imaginable. Just think of the years they have made war against India, Israel, and many countries in Europe. It goes against all logic when I see these far lefty folks say things about how there is no threat from Islam. What's worse is when ONE attack comes from something other than an Islamic fundamentalist, they seem to be almost happy and excited about hanging everything they believe on one event, as if that somehow disproves any and every argument the other side has been trying to warn about.

Congress had a hearing today to discuss terrorism. Of course, Republicans wanted to focus on REAL threats of terror that come from radical Islam but, the democrats wanted to talk about the threats from white people like the - KKK.

At one point, an exchange between Reps. Tom Marino and Al Green grew loud as they talked over each other. Green, a Texas Democrat who is black, said the terrorism hearing should have included discussion of the Ku Klux Klan. Marino, a Pennsylvania Republican who is white, said the subject of the day was terrorism, prompting the chairman to rap the gavel repeatedly as the two argued over whether the KKK was a terrorist organization.

Ummm...when was the last time there was a terrorist act committed by the f@cking KKK?! 

"We have to know our enemy, and it is radical Islam in my judgment," said Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas.

Yes. Thank you. Some words of wisdom.

Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., the first Muslim elected to Congress, wept as he discussed Mohammed Salman Hamdani, a Pakistani-American paramedic who died responding to the World Trade Center attack.

"This committee's approach to this particular subject, I believe, is contrary to the best of American values and threatens our security, or could potentially," Ellison said.

Well, anything is better than doing NOTHING or, talking about threats that don't exist!

Melvin Bledsoe, whose son, Carlos, is charged with killing an Army private at a recruiting station in Little Rock, Ark., testified about his son's conversion to Islam and isolation from his family. Bledsoe said he didn't fully understand what was happening as his son became increasingly distant, stopped coming home for holidays and changed his name. He said the United State is not being aggressive enough about rooting radical elements from the Islamic community.

"We're talking about stepping on their toes, and they're talking about stamping us out," Bledsoe said. "Why don't people take their blinders off?"

 Again I say, "AMEN!" We aren't going to have anything to fight for if we allow them to take over.

The People "Protecting" Us

I put the word protecting in quotations because, after watching this video, I can honestly say I'm a little frightened out of my mind. I knew the Obama administration was a failure but, I guess I thought maybe they were not so much of a failure. No such luck.

You will really have to watch for yourself. I just have no words to describe this embarrassment.

Indonesian Cleric Arrested - Ties to Terrorism

Abu Bakar Bashir, 72, was arrested for his connection to terrorism with al-Qaida. He has been arrested before so, he is no stranger to prison. While being taken into custody by the Indonesian government, he said, "This arrest is a blessing ... I will be rewarded by Allah!" 

 

The fiery 72-year-old is best known as one of the co-founders and spiritual head of Jemaah Islamiyah, the al-Qaida-linked network responsible for a string of suicide bombings in the world's most populous Muslim nation, including the 2002 attacks on Bali island that killed 202 people, most of them Western tourists.

Despite Bashir's denial, he has now been directly linked to terror acts and considered a leader- helping to move plans forward.

Recently, Bashir formed a new radical movement, Jemaah Ansharut Tauhid, or JAT, described by the Brussels-based International Crisis Group as an "ostensibly above-ground organization" that embraced individuals with known ties to fugitive extremists.

Bashir came under renewed police scrutiny in May after three JAT members were arrested for allegedly raising funds for al-Qaida in Aceh.

The cell was accused of planning gun attacks on luxury hotels in the capital in an alleged plot reminiscent of the attacks in India's financial center of Mumbai, where 10 gunmen rampaged through the city in 2008 and killed 166 people.

Charges from the polices, have to be filed in one week. 

Have You Seen This al-Qaida Leader?

Adnan Shukrijumah, is the man who is in charge. He is an al-Qaida operative. He has been living in the US some 15 years and, took the place of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, after Mohammed's arrest. 

The FBI has been searching for Shukrijumah since 2003. He is thought to be the only al-Qaida leader to have once held permanent U.S. resident status, or a green card.

A $5 million award has been issued, for information leading to the capture of this man. He was identified after the people involved with the NYC subway bombing pointed him out to authorities. 

"What's dangerous about an individual that understands the U.S. is he may have a better sense of our security vulnerabilities and insights into how to terrify the American people using smaller attacks for large, political impact," said Brian Fishman, a counterterrorism research fellow at the New America Foundation. "This increases the risk of attacks outside traditional places we normally worry about like New York and Washington."

Plea Deal For NYC Bomb Plotter

Najibullah Zazi was stopped on a routine traffic violation on the George Washington Bridge. Police were suspicious and decided to keep close tabs on him. It turns out that he was later arrested. This all occurred just before the eighth anniversary of Sep. 11th. His plan was to be a suicide bomber in the Manhattan subway line.

Zazi told procecutors that he had made approximately 2 lbs. of TATP or, triacetone triperoxide, which is also the same compound used by the "shoe bomber," Richard Reid.

Zazi had met with Al-Qaida operatives in August of 2008.

"I had discussions with al-Qaida leaders, including target locations, such as New York City subways," he said.

Biden Worries For Another Attack

Biden says he's concerned another terrorist attack may occur here. However, he's not concerned that it will be something of the magnitude that we saw on 9/11. No, he thinks it will be something smaller, similar to what happened on Christmas, with the airplane headed to Detroit.

It is also being reported that Biden likes former vice president Dick Cheney but, feels he's wrong to handle the War on Terror. It's interesting the article forgot to remind us that Biden had actually said Cheney has been most dangerous VP in history (Oct 2008). I'm still not sure how he arrived at that conclusion. 

Why is Biden criticizing Cheney when, it's HIS administration that has seen several attacks from terrorists? The Bush administration dealt with 9/11; they then prevented further attacks from occurring here in the US. Biden really has no room to criticize anyone, especially when he's an active Vice President.

He also has a pretty spotty record when it comes to his voting in the Senate, concerning Homeland Securtiy.

He voted to cut $350B in military programs, from Star Wars to F-22's. (Dec 2007).

Universal national service, in military or Peace Corps. (Dec 2007). Evidently, he's not concerned with the importance of an all voluntary military.

Commitment to never use torture; no part of our policy, ever. (Sep 2007). It's only okay if the terrorists torture us.

He voted YES on adopting the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. (Oct 1999). I suppose this is because, you can negotiate with anyone and trust them to keep that promise as well.

He also voted YES on allowing another round of military base closures. (May 1999).

His record is right there. For years, Biden's votes have not been very military friendly, in my opinion. In order for this country to be safe, we need to have full support of the men and women that protect us.


As far as having another small terrorist attack, well, I agree. I think it's very possible that we could see more attempts or, smaller attacks. We have to start using common sense approaches when were dealing with various security policies.


Instead, Biden just casually mentions that terrorist attacks could happen. Well, that's great, Biden. What are you going to do about it? You're the one in a position of authority. What policies are you going to implement so that grannies, handicaps, children, ect. are not the ones being harassed at airports but, folks who are Muslim, are pulled aside and questioned and checked? It's time that we use common sense in this country when it comes to dealing with terrorism.


If you want to criticize Cheney, fine but, at least while he was in office, we didn't have attacks. He also didn't come out with such a casual statement about us being attacked again. He also didn't follow things up with no solution, other than criticizing someone.

More On Khalid Sheikh Mohammed Trial

For some reason the Obama administration has been interested in treating terrorists like actual citizens, by providing them with all the rights of a regular citizen. This has been evident in their support of advocating their trials to be held in civilian courts, as opposed to military trials.

It seems as though some sanity is infiltrating the administration, as they seem to be hesitant on going full force with this belief. They do, in fact, seem to be considering a military trial for people who are from Guantanamo Bay. This includes the mastermind of 9/11, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

So, maybe there is some sanity coming from the White House. Let's hope so. These terrorists are NOT citizens. They should be treated as enemies of the Union.

I understand that we [US government], want to be looked upon as the better force here. I get that but, bottom line, these people are sworn enemies of this country. They do not, under any circumstance, deserve to be treated as if they are citizens of this nation. Any action taken otherwise, is just insanity.

Enhanced Security

Beginning today, folks traveling to the US from countries of interest, will be subjected to more screening.

Ummm...shouldn't this have already been implemented? I'm unsure why this hasn't always been the case, considering the fact that we are still at war. I am completely shocked that extra screening hasn't always been a factor when someone from a middle eastern country, one that sponsors terrorism or, one that is of "interest," as they put it, is flying to the United States.

The State Department lists Cuba, Iran, Sudan and Syria as state sponsors of terrorism. The other countries whose passengers will face enhanced screening include Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia and Yemen.

Again, I ask, why wasn't this something they were doing already?

Gee. I feel so much safer.

A Lesson About Dealing With Terrorists From The Dick Van Dyke Show

I'm sure you're thinking, "What does 'The Dick Van Dyke Show' tell anyone about dealing with terrorists?" Well, the truth is, the show doesn't mention terrorism but, there is a great episode that teaches a lesson in appeasement.

For those of you not familiar with the old sitcom, "The Dick Van Dyke Show," it features, Dick Van Dyke playing Robert Petrie, who is a writer for a television show. His co-workers included the GREAT Morey Amsterdam, and the equally GREAT Rose Marie. Robert is married to Laura, Mary Tyler Moore, and they have a son named Ritchie, who was played by Larry Mathews.

In one episode that sticks out in my head, Ritchie comes home with a black eye. After questioning Ritchie, Laura and Rob discover that it is a girl that is hitting him and continues to do so. Robert then goes and speaks with the father who, in turn, asks his daughter, who happens to be a very nice, sweet looking girl, if she hit Ritchie, to which she replies, "Oh, I love Ritchie, I would never hurt him."

The father of the little girl will not listen nor discipline his daughter and Robert must discuss with Laura what else they can do to stop this girl from hitting and bullying their son. With much protest from Laura, at first, they both decide to tell Ritchie, "if she hits you, you have our permission to hit her back."

Of course, the episode ends up fine. Ritchie didn't hit the little girl. I think she ends up kissing him or something but, the point is, the whole message of how to deal with a bully. Sure, they wanted to talk and be civil but, as soon as Robert realized that was out of the question, he knew something else had to be done. Both he and Laura didn't want to see their son get hit but, if the other side is completely unreasonable, more drastic measures need to be taken.

Isn't this what we see with terrorism from Muslim extremists? Have we not repeatedly tried to sit down and deal with them, talk with them, try to be civil with them? This has been going on for YEARS and YEARS now! Does Obama know that he cannot negotiate with terrorists? Apparently, he doesn't. I believe when you try and do the same thing over and over again, expecting different results, it's called insanity.

President Obama was in Japan Friday as Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the self-proclaimed architect of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees will stand trial in a federal civilian courtroom down the street from the site where the World Trade Center's twin towers once stood.

First of all, this man is NOT a citizen. He should not be afforded the same rights as one and second of all, even if he were a citizen, he would be considered a traitor and would not be afforded the same rights as a citizen. What the hell is Obama doing?!

The worst part is, some people actually believe that Obama is supporting the Constitution! There are literally people in this world that support this absolutely insane decision! I couldn't believe my eyes when I was reading a thread started by a friend on Facebook. He actually had some nut-job arguing with him about this being rational and in line with our Constitution and unless you're a Constitutional lawyer, she didn't want to hear of anything else.

What kind of a moron doesn't know that a sworn enemy of this country, not born here, isn't a citizen, is NOT protected by the Constitution?

When I tried to explain to her how foolish her beliefs were, by presenting her with facts, all she could respond with was how "rude" I am and, that I'm ignorant and, young. I should have thanked her for the "young" comment but, I was so appalled by her completely dodging the question, I forgot.

What difference does it make if I am rude? Do these people really think that I have time to sit down and pussy foot around with them? They are not nice to me when they are making their points. Why should they expect anyone to be "nice-nice" with them when their beliefs are putting the citizens of this country at risk? I'm really sick and tired of being told that I'm being "rude" or, that I need to respect someone I don't even know, other than their disgusting worship of the big-eared commie that now sits in our White House.

If someone feels I'm talking "down to them" or, that I'm not being "nice" well, too bad. I don't have time to worry about my delivery or yours. Make your points, actually try and counter the argument instead of whining like a baby about how it was delivered to you.

What Obama is doing is appeasing the enemy. He is showing weakness to terrorism and quite frankly, this is disrespecting the REAL citizens of this country that we lost on 9/11. How dare he do this! I am completely satiated by this man. This is a message to the terrorists that we are weak and timorous. This man belongs in a military court, closed doors, and maybe even a rubber hose.

We all know that Obama was friends with some pretty shady folks in his earlier years. We've all heard of Bill Ayers and who he was but, do you really know what happened?

Well, I can honestly say, I didn't know. I heard some things but, I'm still learning.
