But he declined to invalidate the entire healthcare law, a small victory for Obama.
Of course, it is expected that the administration will appeal and, this tab is sure to be on the American people. Good old Obama doesn't really much care about the Constitution or what Americans want, at least when it comes to this bill.

Officials said the administration will continue implementing the rest of the law while it works through the legal questions of the individual mandate. Virginia had requested an injunction to block implementation of the entire law, but Hudson did not grant it.
