...not that I totally left or anything but for the past few weeks I've been without a laptop and a computer. Both these special machines in my life decided to take a dump on me at the same time. Well, that's how it goes, when it rains it pours and such is life. The good thing is these moments can turn you into a sharp problem solver and even though I'm behind, I'm on the right track.
Coming up next ...
Yes, I will be writing about the horrible excuse of a documentary - Making a Murderer.
I will also be finishing up my project on Feminism.
As for the debates and the upcoming election... well, I'm actually trying to ignore it for now. Things will get heated up in the coming months. There's still plenty of time folks, so everyone just needs to relax!
See you soon!

Obama Getting Desparate
AP – President Barack Obama shakes hands with Washington Gubernatorial candidate John Kitzhaber at the start
In his attempt to help democrats retain power in the House and Senate, Obama tries to preach on about voters either returning to the past of gloom and doom or, to push forward with his agenda of change. It's the same old song and dance.
It is part of the tricky balance for the White House — deploying Obama to the right places to stir up enthusiasm and recruit first-time voters from two years ago, yet trying to keep people from viewing the election as a referendum on him and the battered economy.Click title of this post for full story.
Obama keeps telling us that we will go backwards if the democrats lose control of the House and Senate but, has he not thought about the fact that many of us feel as though the democrats have not only taken us backwards but, have made things much worse? We now have a debt that has tripled and, we are expected to pay for a health care system we KNOW eventually will fail. Just look at the tremendous cuts that the UK did this week.
No, a vote to get democrats out and change the balance of powers is a vote FOR this country and, a push in the right direction - FORWARD.

Oh, Shut Up Rachel Maddow
Rachel Maddow is at it again. When does this woman not annoy me? Never.
Click title of post to watch her video clip concerning the upcoming elections.
I don't even know where to begin with this woman. Watch and comment below.
So, apparently anything a conservative says is now considered to be racist? Maddow is such a joke. The democrats have always been the party of the racists and, now she does her best here to parse words and, put meaning in people's statements that are simply NOT there.
If you say something that isn't "politically correct" in her mind, it's considered racist. She even goes so far as to call someone a white supremest. What is this woman's problem?

99 Democrat Seats in Danger
I love hearing stories about how the democrats are going to lose come November but, this could also just mean the media wanting people to think it's a "sure thing" causing people to stay home. Let's make sure that doesn't happen.
Still, this news is very hopeful.
The number of Democrats in danger is more than double the 39 seats Republicans need to seize control of the House. It reflects an elastic electoral environment that favors the GOP by every measure: money, momentum and mood of the country — in this case, sour on Democratic incumbents.
For Democrats, a deteriorating political environment – unemployment high, President Barack Obama’s approval ratings low — has been exacerbated by the presence of cash-flush, independent conservative groups that have poured huge sums of money into races.
I guess the "change" Obama was speaking of was bringing the country to climatic expression of the people screaming in unison, "NO MORE DEMOCRATS!"

Republicans and Their Snake Oil

Click title of post for full story.
Obama has been seen campaigning for Democrats and, accusing Republicans of peddling "snake oil." I guess this is because, Obama would never sell the American people a bill of goods.
He said a Republican push for an extension of the Bush-era tax cuts for all Americans would include $700 billion for wealthier citizens, money he said would be better spent helping to bolster the sagging U.S. economy.Oh, no! Those darn Republicans want people to be allowed to keep the money they earn. How capitalist of them.
Obama wants to limit the tax cuts to families making under $250,000 a year and a fierce partisan battle is being waged over their future. "They are peddling the same snake oil as they were peddling before," Obama. This goes for small businesses with Obama as well. One thing is clear, this man has never owned his own business. If he had any clue about doing so, he'd know that $250,000 can barely pay 10 employees more than $20,000 per year, and that doesn't include all the other expenses for maintaining a facility or, cost of inventory. Apparently, Obama believes people should just work for others and never expect any kind of profit.
Obama criticized his Republican opponents for opposing his policies. He said Americans are understandably angry and frustrated at the economy, but instead of helping, Republicans are "trying to ride that anger and that frustration all the way to the ballot box."No, not really. See, the American people actually bought YOUR "snake oil" and, we just don't like it. I love how delusional this man is. Come November, we just want to take the trash out and, make a vote FOR America. We've discovered that Obama and his left-wing ilk are against everything this country stands for. Even his own party is mostly against him. It's only the loons that are still getting his support.

Democrats Are Doing Great According to Biden
Always good for laughs and giggles, Biden, the moronic vice president, believes the Democrats will do just fine in November.
Obama promised us change. Well, we got our change. How's that change working out for us? Obama promised us a plan for the war. He has no plan. He has no vision. This man is a joke. The only thing he seems to be doing is whatever he can to turn us into one socialist state where we all depend on the government for success but, instead receive failure.
No, Biden, I'm sorry to say, I don't think I would be so confident if I were you. You and your president are one term. Get used to it. Come November, Democrats will be packing their bags.
On that note, all the Republicans out there better start doing their damn jobs. It's one thing to talk a good talk but, it seems like walking the walk is another story. We want health care over-turned. We want accountability. I love the two party system, I see great wisdom in having it but, I'm sick of the career politicians who seem to do nothing. It's time to take back our party.
It's also time for Democrats to take back their party. What the hell happened to you guys over there? You've turned into a bunch of sissy socialists and, many of you don't even realize it.
Vice President Joe Biden brushed aside suggestions on Sunday that Democrats will suffer big losses in November midterm elections, vowing that Barack Obama's governing party will "shock the heck out of everybody."
The vice president said he believes the Obama administration will get credit from voters for helping guide the economy out of recession and passing key legislation on health care and financial reform.Well, Biden is hopeful but, the American people are NOT hopeful. Sure many people wanted some kind of reform in health care but, did they want Obama to sign a bill that virtually gives the Secretary of Health and Human Services to do whatever they like? Did they really expect for our health care to be rationed? Did they sign on for skyrocketing unemployment? Did they want Obama to triple our deficit, spending more money in one month then we did in the year of 2007? Did the people really ask for a president to be so incompetent that when the oil spill crisis came about, did nothing but, point fingers, instead of lead and, work with others for solutions? Did the folks that vote for Obama expect the largest amount of laws and rules to be placed on the financial industry since The Great Depression?
Obama promised us change. Well, we got our change. How's that change working out for us? Obama promised us a plan for the war. He has no plan. He has no vision. This man is a joke. The only thing he seems to be doing is whatever he can to turn us into one socialist state where we all depend on the government for success but, instead receive failure.
