Rare Disclosure - Four Linked to Fast and Furious

As Laura E. Duffy, middle, United States Attorney Southern District of California, speaks James L. Turgal, Jr., right, FBI Special Agent in Charge, and Richard Barlow, Chief of Tucson Sector of U.S. Border Patrol, both listen during a news briefing announcing an indictment on five suspects related to the death of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, Monday, July 9, 2012, in Tucson, Ariz. A reward of up to $1 million dollars for information leading to the arrest of four fugitives was also announced.

Now that pressure has been applied to Eric Holder, an announcement came of four people who have been linked to the failed operation of Fast and Furious. They are asking for help to capture them.
The announcement comes in the wake of pressure from U.S. House Republicans who led a vote to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress, criticizing the nation's top prosecutor for withholding information related to the probe.
"We believe it's in the best interest of this ongoing investigation to unseal the case at this point in time and to enlist the assistance of the general publics in both Mexico and the United States," said federal prosecutor Laura Duffy. She said the decision to release the information came independently and would not discuss the recent congressional action against Holder.

The FBI says it is seeking information related to Jesus Rosario Favela-Astorga, 31, Ivan Soto-Barraza, 34, Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes, 34, and Lionel Portillo-Meza.
 Isn't this interesting?
The FBI, ATF, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection have all denied Freedom of Information Act requests that seek reports and other documents in the investigation of the shooting.
So much for transparency. I would like to know what exactly it is they are hiding from the American people? All this secrecy only makes people more curious and we already know the government messed up. So again, what the hell are they hiding? The only thing I can think of that explains this insistence of secrecy would be that Obama knew about this operation first hand.

So, I'm not really buying the whole, "2nd Amendment Attack" because this would not be the route to go. Plus, conspiracies are so stupid. This is more of a sign of PURE incompetence in this entire administration and the fact that they are incompetent proves that this was no conspiracy.

Holder should just be arrested. I can hear the calls from around the country had this been John Ashcroft.

Eric Holder Must Think Minorities Are Dumb

What other explanation can Eric Holder have for suggesting that being required to have an ID infringes on the rights of only minorities to vote? Last I checked anyone who is a citizen has access to obtaining a state ID. I'm not sure why it is that minorities, according to Holder and other democrat leaders, seem to have such a hard time with getting an ID, unless of course he is suggesting they are just too dumb. If that's the case I'm not sure they should be voting but anyway...

Fast and Furious - Nobody Lied

AP file photo.

Eric Holder, the Attorney General stated that nobody at the DOJ had lied about Fast and Furious.

The result of this program was Mexican drug lords being heavily armed. Holder did admit that Congress was giving inaccurate information.
Last week, the DOJ took the rare step of formally withdrawing a letter it sent to Congress in February that falsely claimed the program being executed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives did not allow guns to "walk" into Mexico.

Administration Considering Military Commission for 9/11 Trial

Instead of a civilian trial, Attorney General Eric Holder is considering a military commission for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the 9/11 mastermind.

Click the title of this post for story being reported on AP.

Okay, so this sounds good but, then they follow it up with:

"At the end of the day, wherever this case is tried, in whatever forum, what we have to ensure is that it's done as transparently as possible and with adherence to all the rules," Holder told The Washington Post in an interview published in Friday's editions. "If we do that, I'm not sure the location or even the forum is as important as what the world sees in that proceeding."

Is it just me or, does it seem like we are the only country that even considers this PC crap? "What the world sees?" Why are we worried about the rest of what the world is thinking, when it comes to war? Would any other country  care, if it were them that was attacked? No.

Holder still maintains that a civilian trial would be the best option for the case and "best for our overall fight against al-Qaida."

How? I still do not understand how a man, who is not a citizen, who is behind the worst civilian attack in the history of this county, is best to be afforded all the rights of an actual citizen of this country. Even if he were a citizen, wouldn't he be considered a traitor and charged with treason?

Holder is a moron and his PC preferences are going to put this country in danger, not help us. This is pure insanity.
