I have been inspired to write this article because it has gradually become very difficult for me to sit back and not say anything concerning my direct observations of the ideology that is currently described as American libertarainism. At first the idea of being libertarian was considered novel and somewhat of a safe place, considering the climate of modern day American politics. No matter who we are, the idea of having to argue all the time with people repeatedly can take a toll on anyone. It is no wonder that many of the conservative friends I once had have seemingly given up on certain ideas in order to "get along" with more people and this objective seems to fit nicely with someone claiming to be libertarian.

My Friend Interviews Ron Paul!
One of my very best friends, Teresa Seina, is a huge Ron Paul supporter. Now, as many of you know (or you may not know), I am no Ron Paul fan. However, I happen to know that Teresa, like many of my other friends who support Paul, are wonderful people who really do want this country to move in a better direction. While we may not agree with everything, who does? Hell, conservatives can not even agree among ourselves. These folks our on our side for the most part and we need to remember that....but, I digress...

My Ron Paul Post For the Day
I had a friend on Facebook post a notice to his Ron Paul "friends" to go elsewhere or they would be deleted. I had to chime in and I think the resulting post is pretty damn good so, I thought I would share. Enjoy or ridicule. :)

Ron Paul Makes No Sense
He doesn't believe anything the government says but another investigation made by the government he can trust? Huh?
What more proof do you need that this man is not on the "right" side of politics? Paul and Kucinich working together? Kuchinich is a far, left wing, fruit cake.
In this video, Paul insists that it's no big deal that Iran wants nukes. He states that it is obvious they would want to develop a nuclear weapon since they are surrounded by them from neighboring countries.
In this video, he denies that Iran even wants to have a nuclear weapon.
Either way, Paul wants to bow down to Islamists and do nothing to protect our country. He considers military spending wasteful.

Does He Hate Big Government Or Not?
The issue of Ron Paul and his excessive earmarks has become a more popular talking point during the last few weeks.
He is accused of excessive earmarking, while professing small government.
Ron Paul offers this explanation with Neil Cavuto.
Paul explains that earmarks are necessary and that even if we eliminated them completely, the budget would only be cut by one percent.

Some More Articles About the Dangerous Ron Paul
When somebody as integral to the progressive movement in America as Ralph Nader embraces the Ron Paul campaign, conservatives would do well to pause…
Libertarians like Ron Paul are on our side on civil liberties. They’re on our side against the military-industrial complex. They’re on our side against Wall Street. They’re on our side for investor rights. That’s a foundational convergence,” he exhorts. It’s not just itty-bitty stuff.

Some More Talk About Ron Paul
I make no bones about the fact that I can't stand Ron Paul. What makes me laugh the most is when someone actually has to ask why I don't like Ron Paul. It's almost as if I'm stunned like a deer in headlights. Are you f@cking kidding me? You're joking, right? You don't know why I don't like Ron Paul?

Ron Paul - Are You Seriously Thinking About Voting For This Idiot?
It's okay for Iran to have a nuclear weapon.
Oh, and we should carry around silver and gold. That's practical.
This man has NO accomplishments to speak of.
Why I Do NOT Like Ron Paul
Yes, let's just mind our own business and bury our heads in the sand and screw Israel. This is what he wants for our greatest allies and our country? The man is a nut job who thinks we can just cut ourselves off from the world and ignore terrorism.

Rand Paul is So Conservative He Scares Dick Cheney
That's the title of the news story I found. Wow.
I don't know much about Rand Paul but, I'm not too fond of Ron Paul, his father. Ron Paul sounds like a quack and, he also doesn't seem to like Israel much, (I have heard that Rand is also against Israel). There's more but, I'll save it for another time.
I know a lot of folks like him and I, personally, love many of those folks but, it's hard to fully support them. On the other hand, just the idea of having a new face in office is rather appealing.

How conservative is he? The 47-year-old Paul - who trounced establishment candidate Trey Grayson in Kentucky's GOP Senate primary Tuesday - wants to abolish the federal departments of education, commerce and energy, as well as the income tax.
...the father of three wants to pull U.S. military forces out of all overseas missions.
With all this, I absolutely agree with but, pulling out all our troops overseas? No. Then again, politicians rarely ever do everything they say they are going to do so, you take some good with some bad.
