Michael Brown - Juvenile Record 2nd Degree Murder?

UPDATED: NBC News is stating that Brown had no top felony convictions but the records remained sealed.

Yes, that's what's being reported. A reporter who claims to be connected with law enforcement is saying definitively that Brown had a juvenile record and one glaring charge involves 2nd degree murder.







"Gentle giant" Michael Brown is being linked to a gang and second degree murder. 


The information should indeed be made available to the public and let us not forget this "gentle giant" had previously engaged in a strong armed robbery merely moments before this shooting occurred.

Just listen to Dorian Johnson. This is the person who was with Micheal Brown. Yeah, he's all shook up over the incident, isn't he?

How do I know he's lying? Simple. When someone starts off by saying, "We wasn't causing no harm to no one..." it's usually another way of saying, "The following story is complete bullsh!t." What he describes simply doesn't jive with reality. First he says that the policeman cursed at them - I don't buy it. Everything we know so far says the police officer merely wanted them to get out of the street, which makes sense. I firmly believe this cop wanted nothing more than to get these two out of the road. Cops do not generally go looking for a fight with two punks walking down the road. The police officer had nobody with him either.

Okay, but let's just say for the sake of argument that you believe this cop was a complete idiot and the very first thing he did was tell these two to get the "f@ck on the sidewalk."

Hesitation is also a sign of lying. Johnson first said truck, then car. Interesting that in the video below a witness also says "truck" describing the officer's vehicle. So which is it? Now I'm supposed to believe the cop opened his door and hit both of them? The door ricocheted off of them? How close were they walking together? Did you notice how big Michael was? If the door were thrust open, in order to hit them, it would only have ONE target, the other person would not have felt anything because the end of the door would have been blocked by the first person the door hit.

Okay, it seems to me that according to Dorian, we can conclude that Brown was closest to the officer's truck/car, which would make him the red cross and Johnson the green. Notice how these are right next to one another and if you follow the blue line which depicts the path of the door, it's not going to hit him. This idea that the door hit both of them doesn't make any sense and I highly doubt they were even walking that close to the vehicle. I also have to question - if they truly saw this officer go in reverse, why weren't they up on the sidewalk at this point? Why place yourself so close to this police car? I don't understand. This clearly shows that Michael was not in any fear and placed himself in a dominate-type of position. The idea that this cop just decided to lash out at these two over walking in the street just doesn't make sense to me.

Dorian then goes on to try and explain the struggle. Here again, I'm sensing major deception. He talks about Brown as if he knows when Brown felt he was hit by one of the bullets. There's no way for him to know that. He says he was hiding behind a car but somehow saw Brown hold his hands up? He says Brown was running away but, stopped and turned around? Why would Brown do that?



I'm no expert. I'm not claiming to be but I've been around my fair share of liars and this guy is lying. They weren't doing anyone any harm but, I guess the robbery that happened just prior doesn't count? Or I guess they were done being bad for the day? Seriously?

Whatever happened that day, we still do not know for sure but, some of these details seem to lend credibility to the idea that the officer was indeed in fear of his life and was justified in shooting.

On the other hand, yes it's very possible that maybe the officer was trigger happy and should have handled the situation better. We will have to wait until we have the full story - forensics, witnesses, and the officer's official account of what happened.

The officer does have rights too. He's entitled to a fair shake, just like anyone else. Furthermore, if we expect the police to protect us, shouldn't we in return offer them respect and protect their rights. Call me crazy but, while I do expect police to adhere to high standards of conduct, in return I respect their rights.

While the jury is still technically out for me, I am having a hard time remaining unbiased considering Al "not so" Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have inserted their mugs into this whole fiasco. They have a habit of finding the worst people to stand up for. Surely they can find real racism, some case that is clear-cut, I mean after all, according to them it's everywhere!

That's what this all really boils down to for me. If racism or negative attitudes towards blacks in general is prevalent among police officers then why is it the cases that Sharpton and Jackson gravitate toward are all questionable? There must be some case somewhere that is obviously racist, right?

UPDATE: In light of the update for this article it seems odd that this is released but not the full record. In any event, I'm not sure in the end that it matters. Any past actions would likely not be allowed into the court as evidence.

Tawana Brawley Pays

After all this time, Tawana Brawley is now having her paychecks garnished. 

Last week, 10 checks totaling $3,764.61 were delivered to ex-prosecutor Steven Pagones — the first payments Brawley has made since a court determined in 1998 that she defamed him with her vicious hoax. 

A Virginia court this year ordered the money garnisheed from six months of Brawley’s wages as a nurse there. 

She still owes Pagones $431,000 in damages. And she remains defiantly unapologetic.

From the article, it appears that Tawana has been in hiding for quite some time and has taken on various aliases.

Amazing how it is that a person can still be so defiant and refuse to admit they have done anything wrong.

According to her Wiki page, it states that a fundraiser was held in New Jersey for Tawana:

 In May 2013, a fundraiser was held in New Jersey to help pay her legal costs. Professor Leonard Jeffries acted as the MC at the event and said, "Let this young queen know that we love her to death."[33] In July 2013, a Virginia judge ordered that Brawley would have her pay garnished for six months in order to pay the amount $3,764.61. Brawley owes more than $431,000 after 15 years of interest on the 1998 verdict.[34]

What is not mentioned is where this money went. Apparently it did not go to paying down her debt concerning this matter. I wonder how those who donated would feel knowing their money did not go toward paying off this judgment and isn't it illegal to raise funds under false pretense?

Another bit of information on her page reveals she's converted to Islam. How appropriate.

According to The NY Post, Tawana received many envelopes filled with money at the fundraiser in NJ mentioned above. Glenda Brawley, her mother is still avoiding a warrant out for her arrest for procedural charges related to the infamous hoax.

It was the NY Post that found Tawana and prompted the immediate garnishment of her paychecks. So this teen and her family cause the lives of innocent people to be ruined from their lies and manipulations and then go into hiding like cowards? Unbelievable. Worse yet, there are people who still believe her and the ring leader of this hoax, Al Sharpton carries on his life with his own news show on tv.

At what point will these so-called black leaders be held accountable for their actions? Al Sharpton should be roundly shunned by Americans of all color. Honesty is something that does not seem to concern many people.

Zimmerman Verdict ...While We're Waiting Let's Remember Al Sharpton

As we wait for the jury to make the correct decision in the George Zimmerman case, I'd like to remind everyone about our country's resident racist Al Sharpton.

It appears as though Sharpton is once again lying and telling the public that he never rushed to judgement concerning the actions of George Zimmerman.

Might I remind dear Al of the speech he gave in Sanford where he clearly says that Zimmerman shot Trayvon in cold blood.



Sounds exactly similar to that of a Hitler speech complete with an aggressive audience that is easily influenced with emotional displays of hate.

MSNBC is pushing back against Fox News host Sean Hannity, who last night accused MSNBC host the Rev. Al Sharpton of "rushing to judgment" in the case of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watchman who shot and killed Trayvon Martin. 

"MSNBC would like to set the record straight following some misinformation presented by Fox News during the interview with George Zimmerman last night," MSNBC wrote in a statement sent to POLITICO. "Reverend Al Sharpton never 'rushed to judgment,' as stated by Mr. Hannity. Reverend Sharpton repeatedly called for calm and for a more thorough investigation in the wake of the tragic events. Ultimately, the authorities agreed an arrest was warranted."

Click on that link and read the sheep talk about how Fox News is lying. Watch that video. Does that sound like someone who didn't rush to judgement? Does that sound like a calm man? Last I checked when your telling an audience that a man murdered someone in cold blood that IS indeed rushing to judgement. Telling officials they will receive backlash is a threat, not calling for calm and investigation.

Fox News lies? It's a shame how the libs in this country are still in the dark. Still lost without facts. STILL repeating lies for years and years. STILL believing that dems actually care about them and their communities. STILL. Really? REALLY? -- as O'Mara would say.

Wake up. After all of the hate Al Sharpton has spewed over the years repeatedly, I cannot understand how people have STILL not caught on. Dear heavens, Dear Lord, please wake these people up. I pray fervently.

Sharpton Wants Limbaugh's Head On a Plate

The typical intolerance of the left is exemplified by the latest Sharpton-Limbaugh brouhaha. Sharpton, once again, fails to understand what Limbaugh is trying to convey-- that just because you criticize someone doesn't make you a racist. Instead, he insists that Limbaugh is a racist and, now is going to go forth and ask the FCC to regulate Rush.

I realize Sharpton is pretty far left so, I have to ask, are there any democrats that REALLY support this? Have all liberals lost their common sense, to the point where they don't understand what conservatives are even trying to say? No one doesn't like Obama because he's half black! We don't like him because, he's an incompetent, buffoon liberal.

Honestly, I don't think Sharpton speaks for too many people. I think most people, regardless of what side they are on, still favor free speech.
