During a rain storm on Wed, a plane carrying 152 people, crashed in Pakistan.

Rescuers said they had to dig through the rubble with their bare hands, with flames and thick smoke hampering their work. There are no roads near the crash site, limiting access to rescue workers.
"Dead bodies are lying all around and very few might have survived in the accident," Bin Yameen, a senior Islamabad police official told Reuters. "Bodies are being lifted through helicopters."
The cause of the crash is not yet known but, it is believed that it was bad weather.
Just when you think you've heard it all...along comes another idiotic lawsuit.
Ginger McGuire fell asleep on a plane and was not awakened. So, like any other moron, she decides to sue the airline.
McGuire's attorney, Geoffrey Fieger, said his law firm filed a lawsuit against United and Trans States, alleging negligence, false imprisonment and distress. McGuire lives in Ferndale, a Detroit suburb.
Look, I can see where the woman might have been freaked out a little but, I'm sure the airline offered her a free flight or something. Does this woman really need to sue the airline? This is absolutely frivolous and a complete waste of our court's time. I hope she looses and, what would be nice is her having to pay restitution to everyone wasting their time with such a ridiculous lawsuit!
