In this clip you can clearly see Tatyana Limanova flip the bird as soon as she mentions Barack Obama.
She is then heard to say that the post "has (previously) been held by Barack Obama" before mechanically and unambiguously raising her left arm and showing the camera her raised middle finger in an offensive gesture that is sometimes known as "flipping the bird."
The channel has backed off saying she was flipping off the crew.

Ten Russian Spies have been arrested in NY. It is being said that another spy, an eleventh, is still at large.
On Monday in federal court in Manhattan, Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Farbiarz called the allegations "the tip of the iceberg" of a conspiracy of Russia's intelligence service, the SVR, to collect inside U.S. information.
The FBI said it intercepted a message from SVR's headquarters, Moscow Center, to two of the 10 defendants describing their main mission as "to search and develop ties in policymaking circles in US." Intercepted messages showed they were asked to learn about a wide range of topics, including nuclear weapons, U.S. arms control positions, Iran, White House rumors, CIA leadership turnover, the last presidential election, Congress and the political parties, prosecutors said.

The accord is expected to cut the number of long-range nuclear weapons held by each side to about 1,500, and it raises hopes for further disarmament in the years ahead.
Maybe I'm just being a cynic here. Obama is a flat out communist. First he signs health care, which he pushed down our throats and now, he's making treaties with Russia concerning nuclear arsenals. You'll just have to excuse my skepticism.
