The polls are showing Newt Gingrich as a front runner now. What do you think? I actually like Gingrich and with the meltdown from the Cain camp, Newt is someone I feel comfortable standing behind.

Lemonade Stand Needs Permit

A little 4-year-old from Coralville, IA named Abigail Krutsinger, was forced to shut her lemonade stand down since it did not have the required permit.
On one hand, I guess you have to give them credit for enforcing the law. This will be a valuable lesson for this budding entrepreneur. She will remember her flaw and make sure that in the future she knows more about doing business within the law. The only problem is, doesn't this really just show how ridiculous our rules and regulations have become? Certainly there are laws for businesses in order to try and maintain a market that operates within the standards of ethic, but this? A lemonade stand? Really?
